WHO'S BEHIND THIS
Built by two people who got tired of watching good contractors get ripped off.
Hi - we're Pat and Angie Cherubini. We've run The Cherubini Company since 1997. Not a big agency. Not a private equity or venture-backed startup. Not an overseas sweatshop pretending to be in America. Just us, doing this full time for 28+ years. In America.
Angie builds the sites and handles sales. Pat runs the ads and SEO. Together we build Lead Machines because we kept seeing the same thing: great contractors, invisible online, losing jobs they deserved to win.
We're not going to promise you the world. We're going to show you where you're invisible - and then fix it.

What exactly am I paying for?
You're getting exclusive access to a lead machine that we build and you own in your territory. That includes the website, city pages, seo, first time ad setup, ad manager, call tracking, and lead delivery. You pay a small set up and one flat monthly rate plus your ad spend. Everything is included.
How much is it?
Pricing is currently just $299 per month plus a one time setup fee for the build and that varies depending on the size of territory you want to dominate. We set it up on a call after we look at your area and you and/or your staff can manage the campaigns yourself with support form us. There are no surprises - flat rate, all-inclusive, month-to-month.
We also offer a fully managed version where we manage everything and you just get the leads. Price varies depending on the amount of territory you want to dominate.
Can't afford a setup fee and $299/m? Don't call yet, keep working.
Do I have to touch my current website?
Nope. Not even a little if you don't want to. This can be a brand new website or, if you currently have a site, your current site can stay exactly as it is and keeps getting the leads it currently gets. The lead machine runs in addition or alongside it as a separate asset and gets additional leads in additional territories.
The more places you show up online = the more calls.
Most people just use these as their main website. Some buy several.
How is this different from an agency running my ads?
With an agency, you own nothing. If they don't perform, you're out money and time. With Pat and Angie, we build a lead machine for you. We're incentivized to make it work because our lead machines only have value if they're generating leads. Different model, different motivation.
What happens to the leads if I cancel?
The lead machine is turned off and leads stop going to you or anyone. These lead machines are built on our proprietary system and cannot be transferred but, if we use your domain, you own your domain, and can transfer that. You can also copy the content to a new site if you choose to move.
If you don't have a lead machine, you evacuate those territories, you become invisible again, and your competitor gets the calls that could have been yours.
This isn't a scare tactic - just how the internet works. Most contractors don't cancel once leads are flowing. Why would you turn off a flow of leads?
How fast can we get started?
Typically 3 - 14 business days from intake to launch once we have your services, territory, phone number, and any branding. The ads go live at the same time provided your ad spend is ready. No long ramp-up waiting periods.
Do you guarantee a specific number of leads?
No - and anyone who does is either guessing or selling shared leads. Lead volume depends on your market, territory, competition, how much traffic you drive to with free and paid traffic (ads), and how fast you answer and follow up.
Our job is to build and optimize the system. Your job is to close the leads.
